Job responsibilities
协同销售拜访客户，收集并分析技术需求，提出新产品开发建议；
结合市场趋势与客户需求，规划本地销售电源产品的品类与规格方向；
处理客户投诉，开展现场或远程故障分析，输出技术解决方案；
作为技术桥梁，协调销售、研发与品质等部门，保障项目顺利推进与客户满意。
Job Requirements
具备扎实的电源产品技术背景和良好的沟通协调能力，能协同销售拜访客户，准确收集技术需求并转化为产品开发提案；
具备产品规划能力，能根据市场需求制定本地化电源规格策略；
面对客户投诉，能独立开展故障分析，快速定位问题并提出解决方案，提升客户满意度与产品竞争力；
英语可作为工作语言；
有欧洲电源行业经验优先。
