Job responsibilities
工作职责：
1. 负责美国当地项目的售后技术支持工作，负责项目售后阶段技术问题的解决和跟进，按公司规范完成设计出图及下单并最终解决问题
2. 负责美国客户现场设计变更的实施、安装指导和闭环
3. 负责美国客户小型 ECR 改造项目需求的响应、对接、方案制作、报价和文件的制作，争取订单落地
4. 协助售中阶段的项目完成现场机械问题识别、方案确认、验证试验等工作
5. 负责定期整理美国现场各项目 lessons learn 的复盘和总结，输出改进意见
6. 协助推动北美项目的验收达成，客户满意度提升工作
Job Requirements
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上，机械设计制造及其自动化等相关机械专业
2. 5 年以上非标设计经验，有新能源行业相关经验优先，有相关带队经验优先3. 熟练使用 SolidWorks，CAD, Excel、PowerPoint 等办公软件
4. 中英双语流利，可独立与外国客户开英语会议
5. 有沟通协调能力和执行力以及统筹管理能力
6. 接受常驻美国，根据服务项目遵从公司调配。
