Job responsibilities
岗位职责：
1、政府及园区对接：负责对接泰国当地政府机构、工业园区等相关部门，处理相关行政综合管理事务；
2、食宿管理：负责员工宿舍的租赁、日常管理与维护；工作餐的供应与管理；
3、车辆管理：协调车辆调度及使用安排，满足办公及公务出行需求；
4、办公资产管理：负责办公家具、用品的采购、配置、维护及管理工作，水电费缴纳及办公资产合理高效使用；
5、5S管理：负责办公及生活区域卫生清洁。
Job Requirements
工作技能及其要求：
1、熟悉泰国法律法规及园区基本管理制度；
2、拥有3年以上当地企业行政管理工作经验；
3、具备一定当地政府、相关部门、机构等社会资源；
4、泰语、中文可作为工作语言，英文流利者优先；专科及以上学历；
5、泰国本土人员优先，价值观正直、守规则、认真负责。
附：优先泰籍候选人，其次长辈移民泰国，在泰定居的华裔，暂不考虑中国籍候选人。候选人如有人资、财务等工作经历更好。
