Job responsibilities
1. Complete personal quarterly/annual operating targets and achieve growth targets
2. Market and customer information collection; customer pain point identification
3. Project lead acquisition, import; lead incubation; early guidance project opportunity identification, promotion and participation in project approval;
4. Organize Customer relationship expansion and maintenance, product technical exchange activities, etc
5. Determine the product plan and quotation plan; organize the tender resolution review, determine the delivery and contract performance plan, and organize the review and contract signing project closed-loop management (customer satisfaction, project recap, business indicators);
6. Customer relationship development and maintenance of project decision chain, customer satisfaction management and customer file management;
7. Based on the information collected from the front line of the market, propose improvement suggestions and plans for internal processes/quality/management, and assist in promoting market activities and brand promotion activities
Job Requirements
1、More than three years of sales experience, able to speak English/minority languages, able to communicate in business and negotiate high-end business.
2. Proficient in English/minority language business contracts, legal provisions, and the ability to write business emails;
3. Familiar with planning, implementation and process monitoring; strong logical analysis ability;
4. Strong learning ability and internal driving force, able to quickly and effectively grasp relevant product and industry knowledge;
