1.Technical support: Responsible for providing technical solutions (machines, peripheral auxiliary machines, peripheral automation, etc.) and related pre-sales technical support to the sales team. 2.Technical training: Responsible for providing technical training and case sharing on injection molding machines and peripheral automation to sales, overseas agents, and overseas subsidiaries. 3.Business negotiation: Assist sales online and on-site customer communication and provide technical support 4.Industry Cases: Responsible for collecting and organizing typical industry cases of injection molding machines 5.Exhibition preparation: Responsible for coordinating with sales to complete the debugging and technical planning of overseas exhibition machine systems 6.Machine inspect: Collaborate with company to complete key machine inspection and promote improvement of machine problems 7.Brand promotion: Provide both product and technical support for brand promotion, and assist company in brand promotion work.

1.Major in: Mechanical manufacturing and, automation, polymer materials, mechanical design, mechatronics integration, etc. 2.5 years’ service work or technical support design work experience in injection molding machine industry or related industry. 3.Familiar with the characteristics of common injection molding materials, injection molding process flow, and injection molding peripheral automation. 4.Familiar with the basic operations of SolidWorks and CAD drawing software. 5.Familiar with the selection of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment. 6.Familiar with and master the operation of injection molding machines. 7.Proficient in English and Spanish listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
