1. Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the PYP curriculum in collaboration with teachers. <br/>2. Ensure the curriculum aligns with IB PYP standards and practices and is accessible to all students. <br/>3. Facilitate the integration of transdisciplinary themes, the IB Learner Profile, and Approaches to Learning (ATL) across all subject areas. <br/>4. Support teachers in developing and reviewing Unit Planners, ensuring effective inquiry-based learning<br/>5. Serve as the main liaison between CISN and the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). <br/>6. Oversee the programme evaluation and authorization process with the IB, ensuring compliance with IB standards. <br/>7. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and students, to promote understanding of PYP philosophy and objectives.<br/>

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. <br/>2. Teaching certification and IB-recognized training in PYP leadership.<br/>3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IB PYP leadership role. <br/>4. Strong knowledge of IB PYP curriculum framework, inquiry-based teaching, and assessment strategies. <br/>5. Proven ability to lead and manage curriculum development and professional development for teachers.
