Job responsibilities
建立并维护与肯尼亚保险公司、Broker联盟、AKI/AIBK等协会的关系
配合公司与华为云(非洲)的联合拓展，参与联合客户拜访
推动2-3个PoC落地，并协助内容产出（案例、行业分享）
参与Kenya Insurance Week、East Africa Insurance Summit等行业大会
建立并维护行业WhatsApp群组人脉，收集竞品与客户动态
Job Requirements
曾就职于肯尼亚本地保险公司或Broker公司，且担任过BD、合作或渠道类职位
曾在Insurtech/Fintech公司负责过保险产品线或合作伙伴拓展
在AKI（Association of Kenya Insurers）或AIBK（Association of Insurance Brokers of Kenya）等行业协会有真实的参与记录
能够列出10个以上在岗的肯尼亚保险/Broker/Fintech行业联系人，并说明关系深度
有能力在入职后60天内安排至少5场实质性行业会议（非礼节性拜访）
在LinkedIn上有活跃的行业内容互动，关注者/连接数在200人以上且主要为行业人士
熟练使用行业先进AI工具，例如GPT/Claude 等
英语书面和口语流利
斯瓦希里语/法语能力作为加分项，用于建立本地信任感
不需要懂代码，但必须能够：
理解SaaS产品的基本商业模式（订阅制、按使用量计费、API接口等概念）
能向保险公司IT部门或业务负责人简单解释数字化系统的价值
熟悉基本的CRM工具（HubSpot、Salesforce等任意一种即可）
