Job responsibilities
岗位职责：
1、主导制定海外事业部/国家区域年度销售计划，量化各品牌销售目标；
2、负责主导对海外事业部/国家区域开展相关市场调研并输出调研报告；
3、推进品牌本土化建设，包括不限于社媒推广线下展会等各类联盟营销；
4、开拓当地市场，建立线上/线下/分销商网络，开展销售渠道的拓展与维护工作；
5、参与或主持重要合同的谈判、拟订、签署等工作等；
Job Requirements
任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历；
2、具有强烈事业心、具备奋斗者精神；
3、德语听读写技能，口语流利可用于商务沟通；
4、具备5年以上营销业务工作经验（不限行业），具备分销渠道开拓和大客户拓展经验优先；3C行业营销经验优先；
5、具备海外大区营销经验，并有带领团队0基础拓展市场成功实践案例；
6、具备制定营销策略和推动的能力，并具备先进的管理经验和有效的团队整合能力。
