Job responsibilities
1、负责美国特拉华海外仓库运作管理落地；
2、根据业务需求制定并优化海外仓储业务的工作流程和操作规范；
3、参与、指导并监督海外仓的日常工作，确保安全运转、控制成本、提高效率、提升客户体验并保证收发时效和准确性；
4、负责海外仓团队建设及培训工作，确保海外仓各项业务运作顺畅；
5、达成部门及公司下达的各项KPI考核目标及工作安排。
Job Requirements
1、大专及以上学历；
2、5年以上仓储物流管理工作经验；
3、3年以上B2B仓储工作经验；
4、英语水平可满足日常工作需求（听、读、写无障碍）；
5、office办公软件技能熟练，能满足岗位工作需求。
