The school academic foreign principal serves as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school.<br/> <br/>Achieving academic excellence requires that the academic foreign principal work collaboratively to direct and nurture all members of the school staff hired by the Head of School and to communicate effectively with parents.  Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations.

1. education, psychology, pedagogy and other related majors, <br/>Master degree or above. <br/>2. More than 5 years of teaching and research experience, more than 2 years <br/>of curriculum development experience and official communication <br/>experience with IB <br/>3. Received IB training and certificate <br/>4. Familiar with the development trend of the international curriculum field <br/>at home and abroad, with a sharp mind and a strong sense of innovation; <br/>5. Fluent English communication skills; with a sense of teamwork.
