1. Understand the overall material requirements, functions and assembly process flow of AE station products. 2. Conduct DFM reviews for AE station equipment, asses potential design risks and provide effective improvement proposals. 3. Understand the working principles of Automation Equipments and establish & maintain BOM for AE stations. 4. Track the progress of CpK, GRR and BU SOP during AE station Line Balance Update. 5. Establish, maintain and update SOPs and preventive maintenance schedules for AE stations 6. Be familiar with the control logic on the production line, including routing card control, material linking, equipment interaction, etc., to ensure rapid and accurate rootcause identification and prompt resolution of system-level abnormalities. 7. Compile DOE (Design of Experiments) validation data collection and analysis reports for equipment, effectively identify validation results, and efficiently implement improvement measures. 8. review AE production reports, such as build reports, yield, and downtime reports. 9. Design improvements and optimize processes for AE equipment to achieve UPH (Units Per Hour) and yield targets. 10. Develop and establish process-related 5M1E based on new requirements. 11. Communicate and collaborate with customers to meet their needs, resolve technical difficulties, and improve equipment yield and efficiency. 12. Proficiently use office/JMP software to conduct rapid and accurate data analysis, draw conclusions, and implement corresponding countermeasures based on the results.

1. Bachelor degree or above 2. More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with over 5 years of Apple experience, under 45 years old 3. Fluent in spoken English, without communication barriers 4. Team management skills; Plan implementation skills; Department work coordination skills 5. Proficient in cost analysis, personnel training, asset custody, and department work coordination and management 6. Talents in automation are preferred
